I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, as well as Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, which gives me a rich, multicultural perspective. Now residing in Arizona, I am a certified personal trainer with NCEP and hold additional certifications in pain-free performance and functional kettlebell training.
Over the years, I have successfully worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from ages 13 to 75 and encompassing various fitness and health levels. My training style includes bodybuilding (not for shows), powerlifting, plyometrics, and mobility exercises. Growing up, I was actively involved in sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, gymnastics, and taekwondo.
In addition to my fitness credentials, I hold both bachelor's and master's degrees in education. I aim to integrate my academic background with my passion for health and fitness, creating comprehensive programs that educate and empower others. My dream is to build a nation of strong individuals living their lives as the best version of themselves. I hope to expand my outreach to schools to help educate youth on how to properly take care of themselves. As a dreamer and a doer, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the world through fitness and education.
